Put the words “Pass Application for Tokyo Docs 2016” in the subject line.
In your email include your name, organization, phone number, address, and type and number of passes you need.
Within three business days after receiving your application, we will be emailing you an invoice. You can pick up your entry passes at the reception desk at the venue (JA Kyosai Building Conference Hall) during Tokyo Docs 2016.
